What games does FenixHost offer?
Minecraft, including a free plan, and Rust. Rust plans open as they become available. See the store for the current plans.
How long does setup take?
Your server is created automatically after your order. It usually takes less than a minute. See Order a server.
Where do I log in to the game panel?
You do not. Sign in to the store, open Servers, click your server and press Manage Server. See Open the game panel.
How do I connect to my server?
Copy the address from the SERVER ADDRESS card in the Console and add it in your game. See Connect to your server.
Is there a free server?
Yes, for Minecraft: 3 GB RAM, 1 vCore and 10 GB NVMe. You need to link Discord and join our server, then join the queue. It lasts 7 days and you renew it from your dashboard. See Get a free server.
Can I upgrade or change my plan?
Yes. Open your server in Servers and click Upgrade. You see the prorated Total today before you confirm. See Services.
Is there DDoS protection?
Yes. Automatic network DDoS protection at our data centre is included at no extra cost.
Where are the servers located?
On dedicated machines in a European data centre, with NVMe storage.
What payment methods do you accept?
You pay by card at checkout. You can save payment methods and add prepaid credit. See Invoices and payments and Credits.
How do I cancel?
Open the service page and click Cancel. Cancel plan (stop renewal) keeps the server until the end of the period you paid. In the first 14 days, if you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can also use the Withdraw from contract here link next to the billing details. See Cancel and refunds.
Do I get a backup of my files after cancelling?
Download your files before you cancel. A final copy is kept for 30 days after a paid plan ends, and you can ask for it with a ticket. See Backups and Contact support.
Can other people manage my server?
Yes. In the panel go to Settings and use New User to invite someone by email. They will see the server under Shared with you. See Settings.
What is Fenix AI?
An assistant called Fenix, built into the panel. It reads your console, explains errors in plain English and applies a fix only when you press Apply. Plans and details are at fenixhost.net/ai. See Fenix AI.
How do I upload files?
Use the Files page in the panel, or SFTP with the details shown there. See Files.
