Open the game panel

The game panel (gamepanel.fenixhost.net) runs a server: console, files, backups, schedules and settings. There is no separate panel login: it uses single sign-on with your store account, so always start from the store.

Steps​

  1. Sign in at fenixhost.net.
  2. Open Servers in the sidebar, the only list of your game servers.
  3. Click your server to open its service page.
  4. Click Manage Server.

The panel opens on your server's Console.

If Manage Server is missing, the server may still be setting up, or it may be suspended or cancelled. See Services.

Servers shared with you​

Servers you were invited to as a user appear on the same Servers page under Shared with you. Open them the same way. Your permissions are the ones the owner gave you.

Moving around the panel​

Top bar: Ask Fenix (Ctrl K), your avatar and Dashboard (back to the store). Sidebar: SERVER (Console, Files, Schedules, Backups, Settings), the game group, then ASSISTANT (Fenix AI). On mobile the sidebar becomes a menu.

Common problems​

  • The panel does not open or asks me to sign in: go back to the store, sign in, and press Manage Server again.
  • I cannot find my server list in the panel: it lives only in the store, under Servers.
  • Still stuck: Troubleshooting.
