Billing and account
The customer area is the store at fenixhost.net: account, server billing and support requests. Console, files and backups are in the game panel.

Common tasks
- Pay an invoice: open Invoices, then the invoice. See Invoices and payments.
- Change plan or check when a server expires: open Servers, then the server. See Services.
- Cancel or ask for a refund: see Cancel and refunds.

The terms that apply to your order are on the store: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Service Level Agreement. The Service Level Agreement explains the availability we aim for on paid plans and the credit you can ask for if we fall short.
