Game panel overview

The game panel runs a single server: power, console, files, backups and settings. It is the same for every game; only the game group in the sidebar changes.

There is no separate panel login. Open it from the store (see Open the panel).

The top bar

  • Ask Fenix, shortcut Ctrl K: opens the assistant from any page. See Fenix AI.
  • Your avatar.
  • Dashboard: back to the store, where your servers, invoices and tickets live. The panel has no server list.

The page header shows a breadcrumb (Servers / your server name), the server name with its status (Offline, Running...) and a subtitle with the game and version.

The sidebar

SERVER

Present for every game:

PageWhat it is for
ConsolePower buttons, server address, live stats and the console.
FilesFile manager and SFTP details.
SchedulesTimed commands, power actions and backups.
BackupsRestore points of your server.
SettingsNetwork, subdomain, users, SFTP access, advanced options.

The game group

  • MINECRAFT: Players, Worlds, Versions, Plugins (or Mods on mod servers) and Properties. See the Minecraft section.
  • RUST: Rust Manager Log, Players, Plugins, Custom Maps and Wipes. See the Rust section.

ASSISTANT

Fenix AI is the built-in assistant, Fenix. It has its own page and opens anywhere with Ctrl K. See Fenix AI.

On a phone or a small screen

On a narrow screen the sidebar becomes a menu behind the menu button at the top. The pages and buttons are the same.

What moved where

Some pages from older versions of the panel are gone. Your server is unchanged; the options now live in Settings:

You are looking forWhere it is now
Network, IP address and portSettings > Network
Subdomain (a name instead of the IP)Settings > Subdomain, or Add a subdomain on the Console page
Other people who can manage the server (subusers)Settings > Users

The panel has no Startup, Databases or Activity pages anymore. Server version and software are chosen on the game pages (for Minecraft, see Versions), and server name, map size and seed for Rust are set on the Wipes page (see Wipes).

Tips

  • If a page looks stuck or out of date, reload the tab.
  • Not sure where something is? Press Ctrl K and ask Fenix.
  • Still stuck: Troubleshooting or contact support.
